WHAT TO EXPECT

The activity will
begin with a 10mins
introduction to the rules
& game mechanics

You will have 90mins to
solve the puzzles & collect
the clues scattered
around the area

Once you have collected
them all, make your way
to the end point for 
the final puzzle

This journey won't be easy, but if you are successful, an elusive prize awaits you

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

General:

  • Meeting Point: Fort Canning MRT Exit B (Street Level) - Taxi Stand

  • Upon booking, our Game Masters will contact you 48 hrs prior to your puzzle hunt

  • Recommended Team Size: 2-4 players per team

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations 48 hours prior to program will be refunded 100%

  • Cancellations 24 hours prior to program will be refunded 50%​

  • No cancellations or refunds for less than 24 hours to program

Wet Weather Policy

  • The Puzzle Hunt operates rain or shine with no
    cancellation / rescheduling policy on the day of the activity

  • In the event of wet weather during the activity, players are advised to seek shelter. Additional time will be accorded to each team

Game Masters:

  • This game is co-hosted by Monster Day Tours
    A licensed travel agency (TA License 02699) by the Singapore Tourism Board

Maximum Activity Size:

  • Each Public Puzzle Hunt session will accommodate up to 20 players per session

  • Each Private Puzzle Hunt session can accommodate up to 100 players per session
    (Team Building, Parties, Corporate, Learning Journey, etc..)

Program Participation Policy:

  • This program has a minimum requirement of 2 pax to begin.
    Ransack reserv    e the right to contact the customer to reschedule to another slot / day, in the event the program does not meet the minimum size

  • Children aged 12 and below will need to be accompanied by an adult
